Most of the products we sell can be found in our warehouse, in which case all orders placed before 16.00 will be sent within the same day and they will arrive by post within about 1-2 days.
If we do not have the product in our own warehouse, we order it from our importer and in most cases it arrives to us within 1-2 days, in which case the total delivery time is approx. 3-4 days.
If the product cannot be found in our or our importer's warehouse or the delivery time is more than 5 days, we will always contact the customer.
We sell original spare parts and accessories for all the brands we represent: Aprilia, BMW, CFMoto, Derbi, Harley-Davidson, Kawasaki, Suzuki, SYM, Vespa and Yamaha. Products ordered from our online store have a 30-day exchange and return right. You can familiarize yourself with the product you have received within 30 days of receiving the product and thus confirm your purchase decision. The product can be returned if the product is marketable, undamaged and packed in the original packaging.

Yes! As long as it is available from the manufacturer. We represent several brands and wholesalers with hundreds of thousands of products in their selections (e.g. Duell, Parts Europe, Power Factory…) so of course not everything is on display in our online store.

There are often 2 different answers to this problem:
Did you notice that you press the “send order” button at the bottom of the checkout page? it may go unnoticed at the payment stage.
After pressing the “send order” button, wait in peace. The system forwards the payment information and it may take a while. If you refresh the page in the middle of everything payment will fail.
