Order and delivery terms
All online store
orders placed are binding. Binding requires that all contact information is filled in correctly.
An email address is required to send an order confirmation for your order.
All orders placed before 2 pm on weekdays will be sent on the same day to the post office, which will deliver the package to the post office by 4 pm the next working day.
We deliver all ordered products at once. If any of the products in your order are missing from our stock, we will procure it within at least 2 weeks of your order, usually within 2-3 days. If for some reason the product is not available within 1 week of the order, the customer will be notified separately as soon as we receive the delivery information.
The missing product can also be delivered separately as post-delivery without separate delivery costs. In the case of cash on delivery, the post-delivery product will only be charged upon delivery. If the post-delivery product cannot be delivered within at least 2 weeks of the order, the post-delivery will be canceled and the customer will be notified separately.
You can indicate in the “comment” section of the order if the missing products are to be delivered as a separate post-delivery.
In connection with each delivery confirmation, we will deliver a postal tracking code with which you can track the progress of your package, if there are any ambiguities in the delivery of your package, please contact the post office www.posti.fi primarily

We charge delivery costs in connection with the order according to the payment method.
Orders over € 100 will be delivered free of charge to your local post office.

We deliver our products also to other countries, but we are unable to evaluate product delivery costs in advance. For this reason, orders to other countries must be made by e-mail to: email@example.com
Please note that the free delivery option is only available for Finnish postal services that operate in Finland and for that reason the international deliveries are not eligible for free delivery.

If the order is not redeemed, we will charge the subscriber for the costs incurred for the unredeemed order in arrears.
Products ordered from the online store have a 30-day right of exchange and return. You can familiarize yourself with the product you have received within 30 days of receiving the product and thus confirm your purchase decision. The product can be returned if the product is unused, marketable, undamaged and in its original packaging.
Returns are conveniently handled by post at no extra cost. We will exchange the product for another, or we will refund the price you paid for the product by bank transfer to your account, so be sure to include your bank and account number with the return.
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to the order, the customer must notify the party indicated in the exchange and return conditions within 14 days of the defect. If the package is damaged during transport, a complaint must be made to the transport company immediately.
The customer is obliged to present a proof of purchase, receipt or other proof of the place and time of purchase in connection with the return or when claiming a defect in the goods.
Complaints will only be processed in writing. A free-form complaint can be submitted either by e-mail to email@example.com or by letter to Euro Motor Center Oy's office.
The consumer customer has the right to refer any disputes arising from this agreement to the Consumer Disputes Board.

Paytrail is a faster and safer way to pay by card (debit and credit). Enter the email address associated with your Paytrail account and a one-time PIN will be sent to your phone to confirm the payment. EMC24 reserves the right to cancel the order in case of obvious price errors. A clear price error refers to a possible pricing error in a product in an online store in such a way that the price of the product differs significantly and clearly from the actual price of the product and the price displayed in the online store can be clearly interpreted as a human or pricing error. Obvious price errors may include, but are not limited to, the following:
If the price of the product is 0.00 euros
If no price is presented at all
If the normal or fair market price of the product is a multiple of the price shown in the online store.
In the above cases, the price is considered to be so clearly different from the correct, intended price that the customer is considered to understand the inaccuracy of the proposed pricing.
