PRODUCTS PURCHASED ONLINE

Products ordered from the online store have a 30-day right of exchange and return.
You can familiarize yourself with the product you have received within 30 days of receiving the product and thus confirm your purchase decision.

The product can be returned if the product is unused, marketable, undamaged and in its original packaging. Returns are conveniently handled by post at no extra cost.

We will exchange the product for another, or we will refund the price you paid for the product by bank transfer to your account, so be sure to include your bank and account number with the return.

STORE CUSTOMER RETURNS

PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM A STORE

The e-commerce return policy does not apply to normal in-store sales.
The following return conditions apply to products purchased from the store.

THE WRONG PRODUCT CAN BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED TO EMC IF THE PRODUCT IS:
• unused
• marketable
• undamaged
• in its original packaging

WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE FOLLOWING RETURNS:
• If the product has been ordered separately for the customer (ie not a stock product)
• The product is a so-called electric part. Electrical parts have no right of return or exchange
• The unsuitability of the product is due to incorrect or insufficient information provided to the seller (eg model year)

PRODUCT RETURN PERIOD IS 14 WEEKS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, AGAINST PURCHASE RECEIPT
The seller has the right under the Consumer Protection Act to primarily exchange the wrong product for the right one. If the customer acquires a replacement product through another means, he also waives his right to exchange or return the wrong product.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

1. Always agree on the return in advance with the seller, by phone 08 5346 500 or by e-mail customerspalautus@emc24.fi

2. Fill out and submit the customer return form

3. The reason for returning the product (s) must be specified in detail. Also write if you want to exchange the product for another product.

4. The product must be marketable, ie unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. NB! If the packaging of the product is not in its original condition (tapes, gluing, writing, etc.), we will deduct repackaging costs from the amount to be reimbursed, depending on the condition of the packaging.

5. If the product to be exchanged is no longer available, or in the case of a refund, please include the account number and account holder information.

6. Returns are ALWAYS made by post under the responsibility of the returner. If the product is damaged during transport due to insufficient protection or poor packaging, the product is no longer returnable.

7. We do not redeem cash on delivery or shipments returned via Matkahuolto!

Ps. Keep the address card of the package you sent in case of loss! You will receive an address card in your mail when you deliver the package for return.

NB! Returned products normally take about a week to process. During busy high seasons, you should prepare for a longer wait.

NOTE! Use Mail Return Number: 600809 In this case, you do not have to pay postage.
