Toimitusaika
Suurin osa tuotteistamme löytyy suoraan omasta varastostamme jolloin tuotteen toimitusaika on n. 1-4 arkipäivää. Jos tuotetta ei satu olemaan omassa varastossamme sitä löytyy todennäköisesti toimittajamme varastosta, tällöin toimitusaika n. 3-5 arkipäivää.
Jos tuotteen toimitusaika on pidempi kuin 7 arkipäivää, olemme yhteydessä asiakkaaseen heti saatavuustiedon saatuamme.
30 päivän joustava palautus
Verkkokaupasta tilatuilla tuotteilla on 30 päivän vaihto- ja palautusoikeus. Voit tutustua saamaasi tuotteeseen 30 päivän ajan tuotteen vastaanottamisesta ja varmistua näin ostopäätöksestäsi. Tuotteen voi palauttaa, mikäli tuote on käyttämätön, myyntikelpoinen, vahingoittumaton ja alkuperäisessä pakkauksessaan.
Palautus hoituu kätevästi postin kautta ilman lisäkuluja. Vaihdamme tuotteen toiseen, tai palautamme tuotteesta maksamasi hinnan tilisiirtona tilillesi, joten muista ilmoittaa palautuksen mukana myös pankkisi ja tilinumerosi. Huomaa että emme palauta mahdollisia toimituskuluja.
